Seeing yourself in a picture mid-race is super helpful for this kind of thing. This is a great post, I had to work on...Hola chica! This is a great post, I had to work on my running form after my first marathon, I ended with some bad knee pain and I realized it was how I was running, I was hunching and leaning over when I got tired during running and that was hurting me, so I am constantly thinking of keeping my shoulders and stomach up and my posture straight.
